For the filling
500 grams Blackberry
2 Apple
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground anise seed
1 pinch ground Cardamom
50 grams sugar
2 Tbsps lemon juice
For the crumble
100 grams ground almonds
50 grams Pastry flour
50 grams sugar
75 grams butter

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350ºF).

Rinse the blackberries and pat dry. Peel the apples and cut into quarters. Remove the seeds and cut the flesh into small pieces. Mix with the spices, sugar, lemon juice and blackberries and spoon out into 4 serving ramekins.

3.

For the crumble, combine all the ingredients together and rub everything between your palms and fingers to create crumbs. Spread over the fruit.

Bake for about 25 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
