- 250 grams Blackberry
- 2 tart Apple
- 4 centiliters Orange liqueur (or orange juice)
- 2 Tbsps liquid honey
- 75 grams Pastry flour
- 50 grams chopped almonds
- 50 grams chopped Peanuts
- 100 grams butter
- 50 grams brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt
Preparation steps

Rinse, pick through and dry the blackberries. Peel the apples, quarter, cut out the core and the cut into small cubes. Mix the berries and apples with the honey and orange liqueur. Fill 4 ovenproof cups or bowls with the fruit mixture.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F) on the convection setting.

Combine the flour, almonds, peanuts, brown sugar and salt and then cut in the butter with a pastry cutter or fork to form a crumbly streusel. Sprinkle the streusel topping over the fruit.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
