- Edible flowers (such as violets, pansies, rose petals)
- sugar (to sugar the flowers)
- 500 grams mixed Berry
- 250 grams Whipped cream
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 6 finished Tartlet crusts

Preparation steps
1.
Whisk egg white with a fork. Brush flower blooms with some egg white and dip in sugar. Put on plastic wrap and allow to dry thoroughly. Meanwhile, rinse the berries, drain well or pat dry and chop as needed.
2.
Whip cream with vanilla sugar until stiff. In a piping bag with a large star tip fill tartlet crusts. Sprinkle with berries, dip sour berries in sugar. Serve with sugared flowers.
