- ½ cup mixed Berry (e. g. strawberries, blackberries; blueberries …) sorted, washed and carefully dried
- 2 Oranges (juice)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- ⅜ cup Carrot juice
- 1 tsp Wheat germ oil
- 1 Tbsp Oat bran
- 1 Tbsp honey
- Garnish
- 6 Blackberry (threaded onto wooden skewers)

Preparation steps
1.
Place the berries, orange juice, lemon juice and carrot juice and blend thoroughly.

Add the oil, oat bran and honey and blend well again.
3.
Pour the drink into two small glasses and serve garnished with the blackberry skewers.
