- 1 ⅔ cups green Gooseberry
- 1 ⅔ cups Red currant
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup dry Red wine

Preparation steps
1.
Place the vanilla pod and seeds in a pot with the berries, sugar, 5 tbsp water and the wine and cook for 4 minutes.

Remove from the heat, pour into jars, close tightly and leave to cool.
