Preparation steps

1.

Peel garlic, squeeze through a garlic press and mix in a bowl with cream cheese, sour cream and ajvar and season with salt and pepper.

2.

Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into small cubes. Add bell peppers to the bowl, mix and season to taste. Spread cream cheese mixture on half of bread slices. Cover with remaining bread slices, cut in half and serve in napkins.
