2 Beets (vacuum-packed)
1 head Radicchio
1 handful Radish sprout
1 handful Alfalfa sprouts
600 grams smoked Mackerel
For the marinade
4 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons White vinegar
salt
peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the beet into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the radicchio, shake dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the sprouts and shake dry.

2.

Toss everything together then distribute between 4 serving plates. Arrange the mackerel on top. Whisk together the oil, honey and vinegar, season with salt and pepper then drizzle over the salad to serve.
