- 1 garlic clove
- 2 shallots
- 600 grams Ground beef
- salt
- 1 Tbsp sweet ground paprika
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil
- For serving
- 2 Red onions
- 2 Pickled cucumbers

Preparation steps
1.
For the skewers: Peel and very finely chop garlic and shallots. Knead together ground beef, salt, garlic, shallots, paprika and egg, add breadcrumbs as needed until dough has moldable consistency. Form meatballs, pierce lengthwise with metal skewers, brush with oil and cook each side on hot grill for 8-10 minutes.

Peel and coarsely chop red onion. Cut dill pickles into fan shape and arrange on plates with chopped onion. Add skewers to plates and serve.
