- 2 Baguette
- 1 Sirloin steak (250 grams)
- 1 tsp clarified butter
- 1 Tomato
- Arugula
- Mayonnaise
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Melt butter in a pan, fry steak on each side for about 3-4 minutes fry and season with salt and pepper. Let cool and then cut steak into slices.

Cut baguette rolls in half horizontally, spread lower halves with mayonnaise and top with arugula, steak slices, tomato slices and season with salt and pepper. Cover with top bun halves. Wrap in wax paper and serve.
