- for the crusts:

For the crusts: Mix flour with sour cream, dry yeast, salt and sugar and knead to form smooth dough. Add some warm water if needed. Cover dough, set aside for 30 minutes, divide into four parts and roll out into crusts.
For the toppings: Rinse beef fillet, pat dry and cut into thin slices.
Peel and finely chop garlic. Mix garlic with cream, cheese, creme fraiche and parsley. Spread on each crust and cover with beef slices. Season each pizza with pepper and place on a pizza tray. Bake under broiler for 10-15 minutes, watching carefully.
