- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- ½ red chili pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- For the sauce
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 4 young garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- ⅔ cup Meat stock
- ⅜ cup dark beer
- For the vegetables
- 11 ozs baby Zucchini (halved)
- 11 ozs Baby carrots
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Blender oder Stabmixer, 1 Fine grater, 1 Ladle, 1 Teaspoon
Preparation steps
1.
Mix the meat, parsley, egg, chili, shallot and breadcrumbs into a workable mass. Season with salt and pepper.
2.
With damp hands form into burger shapes and fry in hot oil on each side for approx. 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
3.
To make the sauce sauté the onion and garlic in the meat juices and quench with the stock and the beer. Reduce to about half and season with salt and pepper.

In the meantime boil the potatoes for approx. 30 minutes then mash. Stir in the milk, butter, salt and nutmeg until creamy. If necessary use a little more milk.
5.
To make the vegetables blanch the courgettes/zucchinis and the carrots in boiling salt water for approx. 4 minutes. Drain and mix in the hot butter and parsley. Season with salt.
6.
Arrange the burgers with the mashed potatoes and the vegetables and served drizzled with the sauce.
