500 grams Beef fillet
50 milliliters dry white wine
1 egg white
freshly ground peppers
1 pinch sugar
1 onion
1 garlic clove
250 grams shiitake mushrooms
6 scallions
2 Tbsps Peanut oil
3 Tbsps Sweet chili sauce
salt

Preparation steps

Cut the fillet into strips. Add the wine, the egg whites and sugar, and season with pepper. Peel the onion and garlic, dice both finely and add to the wine mixture. Mix in the meat and leave to marinate for about 1 hour.

Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Rinse the scallions and cut into 4 cm (approximately 1 1/2 inches) long pieces.

Remove the meat from the marinade, drain and cook in hot oil on all sides while stirring about 2 minutes. Add the onions and mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes while stirring. Sdd the sweet chile sauce, season with salt and pepper and serve. As desired serve with basmati rice.
