- 1 ⅔ cups Beef (e. g. rump or sirloin, sliced into strips)
- 2 Tbsps Hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- 2 cups Thai Asparagus (cut into 3-4 cm lengths)
- 2 ½ cups Snap pea
- 1 Tbsp yellow Curry paste
- 3 ½ cups Beef stock
- 2 small Red onions (sliced into rings)
- 2 handfuls Bean sprout
- 2 handfuls Enoki mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- 2 Tbsps light Fish sauce

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the beef with the hoisin sauce and leave to marinate.
2.
Heat the oil and stir fry the meat with the asparagus. Add the mange tout and curry paste, fry briefly then pour over the stock.
3.
Bring to the boil and add the onions, bean sprouts and mushrooms. Season to taste with lime juice and fish sauce, and serve.
