2 Red paprika
1 onion
1 garlic clove
4 Tbsps olive oil
juice of a lemons
2 Tbsps Sage (cut into thin strips)
salt
freshly ground peppers
Sage (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Drain beans in a colander and rinse well with cold water.

2.

Rinse and halve peppers, remove seeds and ribs and cut into thin strips.

3.

Peel, halve and cut onion into strips.

4.

Peel and finely chop garlic.

5.

Sauté peppers and onion in hot oil. Remove from heat, let cool and add beans, sage and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and serve at room temperature. Garnish with extra sage leaves.
