1 carrot
2 onions
2 garlic cloves
4 Tbsps olive oil
500 grams mixed Ground meat
salt
freshly ground peppers
½ tsp dried thyme
300 grams tomato puree
2 Tbsps Tomato paste
100 milliliters white wine
100 grams Kidney beans (canned)
4 fresh peppercorns

Preparation steps

Peel carrot, onions and garlic, chop finely. Heat olive oil in a pan and saute onions until translucent, add carrot and garlic and saute briefly. Add ground meat and saute until crumbly. season well with salt, pepper and thyme. Add tomato paste and puree, mix well and add white wine. Simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.

Add drained beans and peppercorns and simmer for 10 minutes more. Sprinkle with peppercorns and serve.
