500 grams Tortellini (finished product, not necessarily fresh)
1 onion
1 carrot
1 stalk Celery
100 grams cooked ham
2 Tbsps olive oil
300 grams mixed Ground meat
l Beef broth
500 grams Canned tomatoes

4 Tbsps grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

Peel the onion, carrot and celery, trim and rinse, and chop finely. Heat olive oil in a pan and saute the onion, carrot and celery in it. Cut the bacon in cubes and add to the vegetables along with the ground meat, and fry until crumbly. Pour in the beef broth and stir in the tomatoes. Cover the pan and simmer for 1 hour.

Cook the tortellini according to package directions.

Stir creme fraiche into the ground meat sauce and season with salt and pepper. Distribute the cooked tortellini on plates, top with ground meat sauce, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
