250 grams peeled tomatoes (canned)
250 milliliters Vegetable broth
125 grams pickled Pepperoncini

Preparation steps

Rinse beans and cook in boiling, heavily salted water until al dente, drain and rinse in cold water, drain well.

Peel onions and garlic and cut into small cubes. Dice bacon. Saute bacon in a large saucepan briefly, add onions and garlic and saute until translucent. Add ground beef and cook until soft and crumbly. Add tomatoes and vegetable stock. Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat. Add pepperoncini, beans and oregano leaves, cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
