- 4 Tomatoes
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 garlic clove
- 50 grams lean, smoked Bacon
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 large can of red Beans
- 1 small can green Beans
- 1 l Vegetable broth (Instant granulated)
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 Tbsp Basil
- 4 slices Sliced smoked pork loin

Preparation steps
1.
Cut an X into tomatoes and blanch for 1 minute in boiling water. Remove, plunge into cold water and remove skins. Cut tomatoes into eights. Rinse scallions, trim and chop finely. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices.

Heat oil in a saucepan. Fry bacon and dice into fine pieces. Add garlic, scallions and tomatoes. Saute briefly. Add red and green beans. Add broth. Heat through and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cut pork into strips and add to soup. Serve sprinkled with basil.
