- 8 flour Tortillas
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (crushed)
- 2 ½ cups button Mushrooms (thinly sliced)
- 2 Chicken breasts (skinned and cubed)
- ⅞ cup Barbecue sauce
- 1 Cucumber (cut into chunks)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to a low setting, put the wraps on a baking sheet and put in the oven to warm through.
2.
Heat the oil in a pan and gently cook the onion until translucent then add the garlic and cook for one minute.
3.
Stir in the mushrooms with a splash of water, let it bubble then add the cubed chicken and cook for about 5 minutes.
4.
Stir in the barbecue sauce, heat for 2 minutes then spoon the mixture onto the warmed wraps. Secure with cocktail sticks and serve with the cucumber.
