- 0.199 cup milk
- 0.199 cup water
- Oil
- ⅞ cup Crème fraiche
- 2 Tbsps fresh Horseradish

1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Box grater, 1 Salad server, 1 große Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Tablespoon
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 190°C (170° fan) 375°F gas 5.
2.
Add the egg to the flour in a mixing bowl and slowly add the water and milk, stirring continuously to until smooth.
3.
Put a few drops of oil into a 12 hole bun tin and put into the oven to heat. When the oil is hot, pour the mixture into the bun tins and cook for 8-10 minutes until puffy and golden. Place on a wire rack to cool.
4.
Mix the creme fraiche with the horseradish and season to taste with salt and pepper.
5.
Spoon the horseradish cream onto the Yorkshire puddings and top with the beef slices. Garnish with a sprig of flat leaf parsley.
