- 24 ozs boneless Chicken breasts (washed)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup sherry
- 2 Red onions (peeled)
- 3 small Banana
- wooden Skewer (soaked in cold water for 30 minutes)
- Oil (for grill grate)

Preparation steps
1.
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels, season with pepper and cut into bite-size cubes.

Combine the soy sauce and sherry. Place the chicken in a plastic storage bag and pour in the soy sauce mixture. Seal the bag and knead the bag until the chicken is coated. Refrigerate for 2 hours, turning once.

Preheat grill. Brush and oil the grill grate.

Roughly cut the onions into large pieces. Peel the banana and cut into slices 3/4-inch thick.
5.
Thread the meat, onions and banana slices on the prepared wooden skewers. Grill turning occasionally for 7 to 10 minutes on a hot grill, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve.
