Preparation steps

Peel the banana and cut into slices. Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the pit and dice. Rinse the chile pepper, halve, remove seeds and ribs, and finely chop. Peel the garlic and ginger and finely chop.

Combine all the prepared ingredients with the vinegar, raisins and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a simmer while stirring. Continue to simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and curry and pour into a prepared jars.
