Preparation steps

1.

Cut baguette into 1 cm (approximately 1/2-inch) thick slices and lay side by side on a baking sheet.

2.

Peel banana peel and cut into slices. Drain mozzarella and cut into thin slices.

3.

Top baguette slices with banana and mozzarella and season with salt and pepper. Bake in center of a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 10 minutes until cheese is lightly browned.

4.

Meanwhile rinse grapes and remove stems.

5.

To serve, thread 1 grape each onto small skewers or toothpicks and stick into appetizers.
