- 4 Tomatoes
- 2 balls Mozzarella (each 125 grams)
- 1 large Ciabatta
- 2 garlic cloves
- olive oil
- 12 slices Prosciutto
- freshly ground peppers
- Basil (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 240°C (approximately 475°F).

Rinse tomatoes, remove the stalks and cut into slices. Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices.
3.
Cut the ciabatta into 12 slices and toast until golden brown in the preheated oven.
4.
Peel and press the garlic. Rub ciabatta with garlic, drizzle with a little olive oil and cover each bread slice with a slice of prosciutto, 1 or 2 tomato slices and a mozzarella slice. Melt the cheese in the oven, remove the crostini from the oven and season with pepper. Serve sprinkled with olive oil and garnished with basil.
