- 1 ⅓ cups Corn starch
- 3 large Banana
- 3 tsps Baking powder
- 2 tsps vanilla extract
- 1 cup Advocaat
- ⅔ cup Chocolate chip (or grated chocolate)

1 Tablespoon, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Sieve, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Can opener, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Bowl
Preparation steps

Beat the eggs with the sugar until thick and foamy. Peel and mash the bananas and stir into the egg mixture with the vanilla extract and Advocaat. Add the oil and finally stir in the mixed flour, cornstarch and baking powder.

Grease a loaf pan and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs, then turn the batter into the prepared pan. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C/350°F) for about 80 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil for the last 30 minutes. Test to see if it is done by inserting a needle, and when done take out of the oven. Let cool and serve dusted with confectioners' sugar or drizzled with chocolate frosting if you wish.
