Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C upper and lower heat.

Rinse bell peppers, halve and remove seeds and ribs, cut into fine strips. Cut sausages into chunks. Combine both with sauerkraut and season with salt, pepper and cumin powder.
