4 trout (ready prepared; each approx 300 g)
2 cloves garlic cloves (finely chopped)
1 red chili pepper (finely chopped)
1 large, unwaxed lemon (sliced)
4 Tbsps olive oil
salt
½ bunch rosemary

Preparation steps

1.
Rinse the trout and pat dry. Mix the oil with the garlic and the chilli pepper and season with salt.
2.
Brush the inside and outside of the trout with the flavoured oil and stuff with rosemary sprigs and lemon slices. Wrap each trout in aluminium foil and grill for 20-25 minutes. Turn the trout from time to time.
3.
Drizzle some of the chilli oil over the top and serve.
