8 large tomatoes

1 handful fresh Fresh herbs (such as parsley, oregano, sage)
2 garlic cloves
5 Tbsps breadcrumbs
50 grams Parmesan
5 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Rinse tomatoes, remove the stalks and cut in half. Place in a pan brushed with oil with the cut surfaces upward and season with salt and pepper. Rinse the herbs, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and chop finely. Peel garlic and press through a press into a bowl. Mix in the breadcrumbs, cheese, herbs and oil. Spread the herb crumbs over the tomatoes, press lightly and bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
