2 shallots
1 garlic clove
100 grams sliced ham ham
10 black pitted Olives
3 Tbsps olive oil
300 grams Tomatoes

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the spaghetti according to package directions and drain.

2.

Peel and finely chop shallots and garlic.

3.

Cut ham into small cubes. Fry shallots and garlic in 1 tablespoon of oil, add ham and fry briefly.

Rinse tomatoes and cut into wedges

5.

Twirl pasta portions into nest shapes with a large serving fork and place on a greased baking sheet . Fill nests with the tomato, shallot and ham mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with remaining olive oil. Place under the broiler in the oven until au gratin. Serve sprinked with chives.
