1 shallot (diced)
2 garlic cloves (diced)
6 cups fresh Spinach
cup Ricotta cheese
Nutmeg
10 cups Pasta shell

Preparation steps

Preheat the grill and grease a baking dish

Heat the butter in a pot and fry the shallot and garlic. Add the spinach quickly and then remove from the heat. Leave to cool then chop and mix with the ricotta. Season with salt, ground black pepper and nutmeg.
3.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse and place in the prepared dish. Fill the pasta with the spinach mixture and grill for around 5 minutes. Remove and serve immediately.
