- 1 onion
- 1 can Corn (drained) (140 grams)
- 50 grams unsalted Peanuts
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 250 grams Ground beef
- 2 Tbsps Taco sauce (or tomato ketchup)
- salt
- peppers
- Chili powder
- 8 leaves Lettuce
- 4 prepared Taco shells
Preparation steps

Peel onion and finely chop. Drain the corn in a colander and leave to drain well. Coarsely chop the peanuts. Heat the oil, saute the onions until soft, then add the ground beef and cook until crumbly.

Mix in the taco sauce and the corn. Season with salt, pepper and chili powder. Rinse the lettuce leaves, pat dry and tear into small pieces. Spread the lettuce in the bottom of the taco shells, top with meat mixture and sprinkle peanuts. Serve immediately.
