1 Crookneck pumpkin
coarse Sea salt
freshly ground peppers
Red pepper flakes
1 handful crushed cilantro

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the pumpkin in half with a very sharp knife.

2.

Remove the core and skin and chop the flesh into pieces.

3.

Cut the flesh into cubes or columns, depending on the intended use.

4.

Place the pumpkin slices on a greased baking sheet. Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and herbs and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake at 180°C (approximately 350ºF) for 30-40 minutes.

Serve hot.
