- For the potatoes
- 8 large, floury potatoes
- vegetable oil (For painting)
- For the cream cheese with herbs
- 300 grams cream cheese
- 150 grams Natural yogurt
- Sour cream (to taste)
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 onion
- ½ garlic clove
- 6 Tbsps finely chopped Fresh herbs (such as chives, parsley, dill, tarragon)

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Cut 8 squares of aluminum foil. Brush the shiny side with oil. Place a potato in the center of each and fold the ends of foil to seal. Bake until knife-tender, about 45 minutes. Remove from oven and remove foil. Slice top of potato and push in on both ends to open.

Whisk cream cheese until smooth, then whisk in yogurt and season with sugar, salt and pepper. Add sour cream as desired. Peel onion and garlic and finely dice, then fold into cream cheese mixture along with herbs. Dollop onto potatoes and serve.
