400 grams Spiral pasta

300 grams button Mushroom
1 bunch Chives
1 tsp butter
100 milliliters Vegetable broth
150 grams Crème fraiche
freshly ground peppers
150 grams grated Mountain cheese (such as Gruyere)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Cook pasta in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente.

Cook eggs in a pot of boiling water for about 10 minutes until hard, then rinse with cold water and peel. Rub mushrooms with a paper towel, remove stem and cut into thin slices. Rinse chives, shake dry and cut into rings. Melt butter in a pan and sauté mushrooms. Add broth, bring to a boil, stir in crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper. Cut 2 eggs into slices and chop the rest. Mix drained pasta with mushroom sauce, add half of cheese and chopped eggs, stir in chives and pour into a baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over top of pasta and top with egg slices. Place in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes. Serve while hot.
