Baked Honey Grapefruit
Grapefruits are low in calories, high in nutrients and antioxidants, and are good for the heart!
If you don't have anise, you can substitute it with fennel seeds or allspice.
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut grapefruits in half and place in an oven-proof dish.
Coat each grapefruit half with about 1 teaspoon of honey and top with the spices. Bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Serve warm.
