5 tsps honey
1 tsp butter
4 small Goat cheese (medallions)

Preparation steps

1.

Toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet until golden brown. Rinse the grapes, cut in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Heat the honey in a small saucepan, add the grapes and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.

Grease the bottom of four small molds with butter. Place the goat cheese medallions in the center and sprinkle the grapes and toasted pine nuts around the medallions. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (approximately 400°F) for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
