Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the endives and halve lengthwise.

2.

Rinse the herbs and pluck the leaves.

3.

Puree the cheese, yogurt and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.

4.

Place the endives, cut side down, on a lined baking sheet. Cover with the cheese and herb cream. Bake at 180°C / 350°F, until golden brown.

5.

Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
