1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsps lemon juice
3 Tbsps olive oil

2 Apple
1 garlic clove
4 Nectarine
6 sprigs thyme

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse chicken thighs and pat dry. Mix turmeric with honey, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and cayenne pepper. Place the chicken in a casserole dish, brush with the mixture and bake for approximately 45 minutes, basting occasionally. Meanwhile, rinse apples, remove seeds and cut into wedges. Cut garlic in half horizontally. Blanch nectarines in boiling water, rinse in cold water, peel, cut into quarters and remove pits. Add thyme, garlic and nectarines to casserole dish approximately 20 minutes before end of cooking time and continue to cook in oven. Add water if needed. Add salt and cayenne pepper to taste and serve.
