- 2 tsps thyme
- 4 Chicken legs
- salt
- peppers (ground)
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 125 milliliters Noilly Prat
- 125 milliliters Chicken broth
- 4 carrots

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Rinse chicken legs, pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
2.
Cook chicken legs in hot oil in a roasting pan until brown. Add onions and sauté. Add thyme, Noilly Prat and broth. Bake in a preheated oven (200°C; second rack from bottom) 20 min.
3.
Peel carrot and cut into bite-size pieces. Add to the pan and bake another 20 minutes.
