- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 shallot (finely chopped)

1 Pot, 1 Sieve, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Mortar, 1 Small bowl, 1 Whisk, 1 große Non-stick pan oder Wok
Preparation steps

Rinse the chicken drumsticks under cold water and pat dry. Mix the paprika, chili, honey, balsamic vinegar and chopped shallot with the oil and season with salt and pepper. Line a baking tray with baking parchment and scatter with rosemary. Brush the chicken drumsticks on all sides with the marinade. Place on the baking tray and cook in a preheated oven (200°C, middle shelf) for about 30 minutes. Brush with a little more marinade after 10 minutes.

Serve with potatoes.
