Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Rinse the rosemary and shake dry. Rinse, trim and halve the artichokes.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan, press the garlic and sauté briefly together with the rosemary.

Place the artichokes with the cut side up in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with the garlic and rosemary oil, season with pepper and sea salt, and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove and serve.
