Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Rinse the rosemary and shake dry. Rinse, trim and halve the artichokes.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan, press the garlic and sauté briefly together with the rosemary.
