- 1 small whole wheat Baguette rolls
- 2 teaspoons Pesto
- 2 Lettuce
- 2 tablespoons alfalfa Sprouts
- 30 grams Feta cheese
- 2 slices cured Ham
Cut the baguette in half horizontally. Spread the pesto over the bread. Rinse the lettuce, shake dry and arrange over the bread.
Rinse the alfalfa sprouts and drain. Finely dice the feta cheese. Arrange the ham, cheese and sprouts over the bread. Sandwich the 2 baguette halves together, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and serve within 2-3 hours.
