Rinse the lettuce, sort and shake dry. Peel the kiwis and cut into slices. Mix together the honey and mustard and season with salt and pepper.
2.
Halve the bagel horizontally and brush the bottom bagel halves with the honey mustard mixture. Top with lettuce, cheese and kiwi slices and put the other half on top. Serve on plates.
