Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse chicken, pat dry and cut into 6-8 parts. Rinse oranges in hot water and dry off. Cut off top and bottom of one orange, then cut into slices 1/2 cm (1/4 inch) thick slices and halve. Squeeze second orange. Heat orange juice in a saucepan with honey until melted and pour into a baking dish. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper, place half an orange slice on each piece and wrap with bacon. Add chicken to baking dish and add remaining orange slices.

Bake in oven until golden brown about 30 minutes.
