- 8 slices Bacon (cut into 1-inch strips)
- 4 cups Corn kernel
- coarse salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- 1 pinch crushed Red pepper flakes
- 3 scallions (rinsed; trimmed and sliced)
