Preparation steps

1.

Peel the onion, chop finely and sweat glazed in butter. Fry the bacon and add to the onions briefly. Then allow to cool slightly and mix with the cheese and the coarse oatmeal.

Beat butter and egg in a bowl until fluffy. Mix in the honey. Combine the oatmeal and flour and stir with the egg mixture. Fold in the bacon-oatmeal mixture.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a teaspoon, place small heaps of dough on the baking sheet. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) until golden brown, for about 12 minutes.
