Bacon (or breakfast bacon)

Refried Bean (850 ml)
1 generous pinch
100 milliliters
puréed Tomatoes
4 slices
Mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the bacon into large pieces and fry in a pan until crispy. Drain on kitchen towels.

2.

Add the beans to the pan and heat over moderate heat while stirring. Season with salt, pepper and chili powder. Stir in the tomatoes and heat everything through. Season again to taste.

3.

Toast the bread and serve with the beans and the bacon. Serve garnished with mint.
