- 12 slices sourdough Baguette
- 2 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil (plus extra for serving)
- 4 ripe Avocados
- 1 cup Feta (cut into crumbly chunks)
- Basil
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
2.
Place the baguette slices on the baking tray and drizzle with oil. Bake for about 10 minutes, until crisp. Leave in the turned off oven to cool for 20 minutes. Remove and allow to cool completely.
3.
Peel and slice the avocados and top the bread slices with the avocado slices, feta and basil leaves and drizzle with oil.
4.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
