Preparation steps

1.

Halve the avocados and remove the seeds. Remove the pulp with a spoon. Using a fork, mash the avocado with the lemon juice and olive oil. Season to taste with the tabasco, salt, and pepper.

Drain the corn well.

Rinse and finely dice the tomatoes.

4.

Peel and finely chop the onions.

5.

Rinse, trim, and finely dice the celery.

6.

Mix all of the salad ingredients with the mashed avocado. Season to taste, and serve in bowls.
