Preparation steps

1.
Cut the coconut in half, reserving the juice, then roughly chop the flesh.
2.
Place the coconut flesh in a blender with 500 ml hot water and blend until smooth. Pass the coconut pulp through a fine sieve, mix with the coconut juice and sweeten to taste with the sugar. Place the coconut drink in the fridge until ready to serve.
3.
Place the watermelon flesh in a blender and blend until smooth. Pass through a fine sieve and set aside.
4.
Place the melon in a blender, add 250 ml cold water and blend until smooth.
5.
Pour the drinks into chilled glasses and serve.
